Our academy was created by three individuals who came together with a common goal, to improve the way people learn how to repair phones and become successful technicians. Here’s their story.
Farhan Mat Daud: The Leader with a Vision
Muhammad Farhan bin Mat Daud, born in Kelantan, had a dream to help people. He went to MRSM Pengkalan Chepa and later studied Accounting at UITM. Farhan has over 12 years of experience in the technical field. Farhan’s expertise isn’t in repairing phones but in managing people and running businesses successfully.
As the Founder and Director of Fixbay Academy, Farhan ensures that the academy provides a space where technicians can learn, grow, and succeed. His vision is to create a platform where technicians can gain the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving digital world.
Farhan philosophy is simple, success in business is all about empowering people. By supporting and guiding others, he believes that businesses can achieve sustainable growth while helping individuals reach their full potential.
Shahriel: The Skilled Operations Manager
Mohammad Shahriel bin Mohd Yosli, born on 17th September 1994 in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, has always been passionate about technology. He went to Sekolah Menengah Senawang and later studied Executive Computer Systems at UNIKOP. Shahriel started as a Technician and worked his way up to become the Branch Manager and now Senior Manager at Fixbay Academy.
With over 10 years of experience, Shahriel plays a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly at the academy. His journey shows that with hard work and dedication, anyone can grow and reach new heights in their career.
Jacky: The Technical Genius
Chong Voon Keit (Jacky) was born on 24th January 1988 in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. At just 18 years old, Jacky made a big decision to move to China for 9 years to learn everything about mobile phone repair, especially the schematics (the technical diagrams of phones). His time in China made him an expert in understanding how phones work.
Now, Jacky is the Technical Director at Fixbay Academy. He teaches the next generation of technicians everything he has learned, ensuring they have the skills needed to succeed in the ever-changing world of phone repair.
Together, They Built Fixbay Academy
Farhan, Shahriel, and Jacky came together with one goal to make Fixbay Academy the best place for technicians to learn and grow. Farhan provides the vision, Shahriel keeps everything running smoothly, and Jacky ensures the technical training is top-notch. Together, they have created a place where knowledge, skills, and ethics are the foundation for success.
At Fixbay Academy, we are also dedicated helping reduce unemployment, boosting the local economy, and reducing dependence on foreign workers by empowering local talent. We believe that with the right skills and training, anyone can succeed in the phone repair industry.
